Chantel told me she has no email address but she does have one, I needed to send her screen shots to tell her what is wrong with my pc and phones. Would give zero stars. Chantel dined a refund when they couldn't fix our phone. She admitted her techs made a mistake but still denied our refund (that the other staff already told us we were getting) claiming she told us before they made a mistake that they wouldn't be able to fix it. First of all you never said that. Never. Lying on customers isn't cool. Regardless why would you take our money if you couldn't do the service we wanted done? Came in to get a phone unlocked. Chantel said "so if you know your apple id you can reset ourselves or if you have trouble you can come back and have us do it for $40. I'll be here all day" that's it. word for word. We left and tried but came back and spoke to somebody else after having trouble (Chantel was no longer around) and explain to them that we did not know the Apple ID. Horrible service
I went to get my phone fixed because the back glass was shattered. When talking to the Geek Squad member, I told them not to put the case I had on the new phone because there was some glass stuck in it but I didn’t want the glass to fall everywhere. Of course, they didn’t listen and now my new glass has scratches on it.
