Terrible attitudes when answering the phone. I can't believe they are still in business. I got hung up on twice because I asked the same question twice. The lady was in a terrible mood to begin with, both people on the geek squad have been used to helping people but not these two, they knew nothing about car installation or make and models, it was like a different language to them when I said mercedes e320 base model with base system.
