Start with terrible!!! made appointment online to have battery put into my iPhone. Sat down with a Geek for about 45 minutes because he had to do a diagnosis on my phone(to have a battery put in??) took my screen protector off now no good. After all that I was told I had to make another appointment to have the battery put in. I had to pay for the battery even though it wasn't put in. Made appointment for next day. I brought my iPhone 15 Pro Max to Geek Squad at Best Buy because the USB-C charging port was not working. I had been charging wirelessly, but it was becoming a pain not being able to charge my phone in the car. I scheduled an appointment, and the same day I was there for only about 30 minutes before they fixed the problem. Replaced my iPhone battery in less than an hour. Service was friendly. Highly recommend setting an appointment though for fastest service.
I just recently got a Android Galaxy 25 from a AT&T provider 3 weeks ago..And a Virus was connected with high warning. I went to AT&T and the representative said he couldn't help me after waiting over an hour for help..and he told he couldn't help and referred me to go to Geek Squid to have them look at it in Dartmouth,Ma.
