I highly suggest you do not see Kevin. He is very uncomfortable and tries to get to close to you. Very awkward and was not professional. Sat to close to me with his legs spread open towards me, he could have sat across me where the chair was to begin w. I don’t understand how someone needs to be that close to you to fix an iPad. He went thru my phone to try to make some adjustments as well, to hook the iPad to my phone and was doing odd things by clicking on my messages and contacts list then scrolled through it. Had me wait over 1/2 hour after my appointment time to tell me they didn’t have batteries and it would take two weeks to get one. While waiting they ignored their own board and handled several walk ups.
