The worst experience I’ve ever had. We paid for a whole year membership to get our PC diagnosed and repaired. The customer service rep told us we would get a complementary dusting/cleaning. The next day a staff member called us to pick up the PC and said it was simply just not updated when we opened the glass to look inside the same cake on dust was there when we asked for it to be cleaned the staff had stated they couldn’t take it apart to clean it. Terrible service they act like you’re an idiot! They barely acknowledge that you’re waiting to taken care of! The short girl is just a waste of time! She sees two people waiting to be seen and just takes off in the back and closes the door
Second time having a terrible experience with costumer service, one tiny and short girl that works there doesn't know how to work with public, was giving me short answer and attitude like she didn't want to work, took her time settling my iphone and when was time to enter the password just bc couldn't remember right way, she told me my appointment is up and that she can't help me and that there was nothing that she could do.
