I made an appointment at the Hyannis store. Although I didn't buy my Dell laptop at Best Buy, the technician opened the computer, identified the likely fan problem, and advised me how to get it fixed by Dell. He was very friendly and helpful. Several days later, fan problem appears to be fixed via Dell diagnostics.
For many years I have had incredible kind, helpful and efficient service. I have always touted how caring the service people were to senior citizens. We are not techies and needed information and help. However the help sites and robots are hopeless for us. After spending hours with robots, sites to solve my own problems and not being able to successfully schedule an in-store appointment without spending incredible time getting to a pleasant agent.
