The poor front end was so slammed today with walk ups. A male employee came out from the back and announced to the crowd "im not obligated to work up front. But I was told by my boss I have to ask what's going on." If this is how they treat people to their face, imagine what they do to your personal electronics when youre not around to watch...
These guys are my heroes today! I had purchased a multi-camera security system, and had a terrible time figuring out how to bring it up. I had some of the cameras mounted. It had been a dread for months to get this going. I'm not an IT person, so it wasn't working. I finally figured I would try to have Geek Squad get it finished. Trying to get the camera repaired on my iPhone 14 Plus. Geek squad says they have to hold my phone for days in order to order the part to fix it. So in order to have my phone repaired I have to be without it FOR DAYS while it just sits at Best Buy. Apple (who is covering this repair) disagrees with this policy & says that is absolutely not how Apple does business with Best Buy.
