Agent is very informed about laptops. Friendly and curteous
Not good, alway ask to schedule for in person tech support, which cost extra money even when you have protectionplan attached to your items/devices. They promote as 24/7 online tech support for people just to schedule a in-person visit. Zero knowledgeable persons.
I sent my laptop in due to frequent shutdowns and mousepad malfunctions. It took them two weeks to send it back, and the only problem they seemed to find was excessive cat hair. I have three cats, so I'll give them that. What I won't give them is the fact that I got it back, still having the same issues and, worse yet, missing one of the custom screws for the device.
