Management overseeing training for the Geek Squad staff needs to provide one-on-one "extensive training" to the female employee that I encountered today at about 12:45 p.m. While approaching the counter, I could immediately see negative energy in her facial expression. Earlier in the day, on 2/21/25, my phone broke out of nowhere. I set up an appointment with Geek Squad to assist me. I arrived and was greeted kindly by Josiah in the Geek Squad department. Josiah was very knowledgeable and understanding to my situation. He took his time assisting me with a solution for my phone and also displayed great customer service. There isn’t always good customer service everywhere, but Josiah was great. I really appreciate his help.

Came out to my office 2x to connect a computer and printer I purchased, and I still Can't print out Word documents, they expect the customer to Pay a service fee evertime they have to come out for an issue.
