I had called for an audio issue so they did a remote hook up to my system. I had sat there for I don't know how long before noticing that they stated that the problem was fixed in a minimized chat box. They had disconnected and left before I was able to test it. It was not repaired at all. I called back and started another remote repair only to find out that they did the very same thing. Had a pick up at 6:30 waited 20 minutes for them to say it will be 10 minutes and then came back and waited 30 minutes and still not done very slow not helpful and poor customer service.

Worst ever experience by far at the Springfield store. Long wait time in the queue even after having an appointment and the service is the worst ever no one are sure about the process of repairing my iPhone and this is my 3rd visit to get it done and I’m still waiting in the queue. Really I should appreciate the patience of the people coming here for service. Such a pathetic geek squad service center

By far most unprofessional team of people I’ve seen in awhile. Maybe my standards of service are higher because I worked 5 diamond resorts but there is no reason why when someone is helping us we need to be interrupted 15 times because they clearly arent trained properly or incompetent. I did not feel confident in their knowledge or skill set and have decided to go directly to the Apple Store 2 hours away to get my replacement watch even though they are apparently Apple certified. Former Total Tech customer here. Crew came to our house on two occasions. Same crew each time and led by same person. Unprofessional. Crew leader hustled us into paying for more services and products. Now I understand part of the issue is lack of communication between their order process and service technician process. Took them ONE year, yes, one full year to finally come out and finish installation on one of our tvs. This was a scheduling, system issue, as much as it was an error on part of their lead technician.
