20 minute wait turned into hours with no resolution to my PC problem. I called them. Automated answering service put me in waiting line. Said I would get a call in 20 minutes. 70 minutes later I get a call (not expecting it anymore) and missed it. No way to call back to get into the queue. Finally get through to someone—couldn’t help over the phone so they made an appointment for me. Second to last appointment of the day.
