Don't take your devices here. Choose the cedar rapids location instead. Dropped my desktop PC off for repairs, and they scheduled my pickup appointment for three days later. I showed up on time for my appointment, and they said nobody had even had a chance to look at my PC yet because they were short staffed, and that it would take some more time because someone else's PC was in front of me in line..
I was here years ago, but they broke my Xbox 360 open then claimed that I had disassembled it and that voids the warranty. At the time I was a teenager; my mother and I and my step father all stood there and WATCHED them break it open themselves as 3 of them were standing there behind the counter pulling on it. Needless to say we were pissed and they still honored the warrantyin the end anyways.
Got a dud but he wasn’t in person. Had tech question.
