Had an appointment for a battery replacement and read the instructions before checking in. The Q/A section said they would not need passcode to phone, yet the store insists they need the passcode disabled. The Q/A states the service will take 20 minutes to preform. Store says that’s impossible it takes 2 hours. I will not shed any tears when Best Buy files for bankruptcy next time around. Should not be a part of Apple’s Authorized Service Provider.

I couldn't tell you how much Paul in there has helped me with my gaming computer issues and all with just a scheduled diagnosis appointment. I really wouldn't take my PCs to anyone else. Thanks a lot!

When it comes to technology, trust is very important. Unfortunately you cannot trust anything that they say. I called to explain our situation over the phone and was told one thing and one price. When we drove 40 miles from out of town to take it to them, we were told something much different in the store. When asked about this discrepancy they just shrugged their shoulders and blamed an out of country call center, even though one of the phone calls I made was to the Ankeny Geek Squad directly.
