We had Justin and Lee from The Geek Squad install our new Samsung TV recently .I wish I could give them 10 stars! They were so professional. Really knew what they were doing. Absolute excellent job. They went above and beyond for sure. Any problems at all and they were there to help us. Dependable, right on time, knowledgeable. We are very happy. Next time make sure you use the Geek squad you won't be sorry.

Shouldn’t even be one star!!!!! Terrible experience … I am a Best Buy total member.. they do not respond back to calls I left 3 voicemails…. And do not have a direct line to geek squad in Panama with people electronics which is crazy!!!! And a service that was 40 dollars quickly turned to 250 to change a motherboard because cooperate all of sudden changed the policies over the weekend lol why am I even a total member I feel that was said because they didn’t want to do their job I got my PC the next day and will not ever go b... read more
A simple radio install, became an ordeal. This interaction at 23rd store, Panama City i was told issues they created, existed prior to them touching it. This was after multiple trips, lies about parts being ordered, by Mgt! This is not done. Escalating this issue
