Called geek squad on sunday to get my freezer repaired they told me they would call me with a date and time of Srv was given a work order number took them 4 days to call me back when they did they insisted that I lived in Iowa told them I'm a born and raised California girl .they had my address incorrect how dont know they kept giving me different numbers to call to verify service they Did Not seem to know what was going on ,then they 3rd party'd out my order and would take another 9 days before anyone could come out to see ... read more
