We pay a yearly fee of $179 and it is impossible to reach a Geek Squad person at the store to ask a simple question !! Why do we have to drive all the way there for a 2 minute question. We're done paying them for their rude treatment.
Do not waste your money on there total tech service. It is all snake oil!!!
I made an appointment over the phone describing what the issue with my phone was. Phones camera is not working and I described in detail what the issue was. I drove over an hour and a half away just to get told that I would need to replace my phone since it involves my phones front and back camera even though I was willing paying out of pocket for the repairs. What a big waste of time if they don’t make phone repairs here why am I able to schedule an appointment for it.
