The geek squad has always been helpful and they've always given really good advice. I'm going to stick with them.
Got my phone battery replaced by the Geek Squad here, (only chose it because it was an option through the settings app in my phone). Brought it in Saturday, December 2nd, and picked it up 4 1/2 hours later (after being promised several times it would be 3 hours at the absolute latest), and ever since the speaker at the top of my screen has buzzed incessantly anytime I've used my phone.
