Always had a positive experience with Geek Squad. The store is open 7 days a week and it is easy to get an appointment. Was struggling to install the family pack Microsoft 365 on a 3rd computer. Kenneth helped me overcome a few glitches to get it working smoothly. He is knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
