Had a radio and backup camera installed in my van. We had some mix up on the radio that was installed. I wanted one with CarPlay and the one they installed didn’t have it. They reinstalled the one with CarPlay at no charge. They made it right. That means a lot nowadays. Thank you so much! Zach the tech there was awesome. I now have what I wanted. Will definitely use again.

They used to be helpful and we pay for a membership. Now they will only install new hardware you buy or transfer data once they‘ve sold you a new computer. My membership is useless and I will be canceling it now, at least at this location they have no desire to repair or even diagnose devices. So am I supposed to throw away my 2021 Mac? Twice I have been told the only solution is to buy a new device without even taking a look at my laptops.useless membership.
