They used to be helpful and we pay for a membership. Now they will only install new hardware you buy or transfer data once they‘ve sold you a new computer. My membership is useless and I will be canceling it now, at least at this location they have no desire to repair or even diagnose devices. So am I supposed to throw away my 2021 Mac? Twice I have been told the only solution is to buy a new device without even taking a look at my laptops.useless membership.

I was waited on promptly and the sweet young lady had my Apple Watch fixed in no time at all.
They were fabulous! I made an appointment, and the Geek was prompt, how nice. He fixed my problem within minutes, not hours or days, fantastic.
