Agent Weston provided above and beyond service to my PC which had died very suddenly, with amazing turnaround time for re-seating and replacing basically the entire thing + copying my data from dead drives. if i need something fixed i know where i'm going :)

My only issue During my visit, I felt uncomfortable when another customer and a Geek Squad employee started discussing race in front of me.

I just purchased a new computer from Best Buy about 2wks ago. All of my information was transferred from the old computer to the new computer. I had a problem that seemed to be simple that a technician from "remote" Geek Squad could fix. I purchased the Geek Squad plan, so I could call and feel confident about any problems that I could not fix myself, even though, my computer skills are savvy. The geek squad here in florence are so helpful! Ive gotten a custom built pc put together through them with no issues and it works great. The morning crew are usually the most helpful, but i also met super helpful dude named sam who gave me recommendations for activating windows and net gear products. 10/10 service every time I come in. I will say the only problem is getting a hold of them through the phone, I can never get sent to the right department through the bot.
