Tried calling this location to see if they do same day battery replacements on phones if I make an appointment. They have the worst AI phone system I have ever used. After multiple useless questions, including repeats, finally got through to a person who was not at the actual store, said the only way to know if they could do same day service was to go to the store, and confirmed I couldn’t reach anyone at the store to answer my question. This is truly one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.

I went to Best Buy State College, PA for a dash cam install, it was one of the worst experiences I got in a long while. Daryl was rude and unprofessional. The whole process took twice as long as was promised to me initially. He didn't install the rear camera properly and tried to argue that it was good enough, threatened me with additional charges since I had the audacity to demand that it should be installed properly.
