I went to Best Buy State College, PA for a dash cam install, it was one of the worst experiences I got in a long while. Daryl was rude and unprofessional. The whole process took twice as long as was promised to me initially. This is some of the most unacceptable "service" I have ever received for tech repairs. I have a samsung laptop with a broken screen. Spent a week trying to find best price to fix. Geek squad quoted me $300-450 for the repair. So I went with it after paying an $85 fee which they called a "deposit". Well after waiting almost 2 weeks for a response they get back to me with a $1100 repair bill, which was insane and higher than other places I went to beforehand.
