Came in with my Xbox because the website had said I could get a free diagnostic, I walk in and the man behind the counter was wildly unprofessional. Told me it would take 2 weeks to get my laptop screen repaired I was sent a thing to notify me on the process I was notified that my appt was canceled after 3 days and got no notifications after I call and get no help and I go in the store after 2 weeks of waiting and I’m told they shipped it to the wrong place so it was being shipped back and that they’ll ship it back out again to the right place and it would be another 2 weeks I’m a college student and need my computer I will never recommend geek squad to anyone I will nev... read more
Noone wants to help.Just sell and get $$$$
Called them, got an automated system, asked for a representative, got a representative that assured me they physically clean dust out of laptops and helped me setup an appointment. Brought my computer to geek squad only for them to tell me they don’t physically disassemble and clean computers and the woman on the phone that setup the appointment that helped me was mistaken.
