Do not waste your time and money dealing with Geek Squad. Their technicians aren’t qualified enough to fix the simplest of problems. They don’t even deserve a one star.
Not sure who these people seem to think they are. Saying you have to make a reservation and all. One friend claims to have even lost pics from repairs here. Took the phone to a fix it shop and they repaired it in 30 minutes.
Made an appointment to get my phone fixed. Came in 5 minutes before my appointment time. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help me when I finally got someone I was told there was no one there who could do anything and that there would be someone there in a couple days. Waste of time.
Beyond horrible. If I could give zero I would .Returned a replacement phone per exact instructions from employee the same day I received it. Still waiting on my $200 that I paid for replacement phone. No supervisor will return my call. All representatives just inform me situation is escalated. This was 6 weeks ago.
