Scheduled an appointment for my son's Nintendo switch lite to be fixed, the screen just went out on the device. Before scheduling I let them know I didn't have warranty and can pay for anything full price I was informed it's uncommon but it's okay. Went today for my appointment and I was told because there was no warranty they can't do anything. We had Jaysem at our home for warranty work on 60 day old washer and dryer he came on time was rude but relaxed after a minute or two he did not repair washer in his report he states several lies that in his words do not make sense also repair was not done
Cleaned a virus off my computer and added a free Windows virus protector to it!!! I can ALWAYS count on the Geek Squad for my computer problems!
