I am writing to inform you (Geek Squad) that I have not received my IPhone 14 submitted to Geek Squad on 4 April 24. It is now 11 May 24 & I still have no phone. One that I’m paying a monthly service fee to my service provider. It is imperative that this issue be handle expeditiously now! The service dialogue between Apple Services & the Geek Squad of blaming one another for this issue is deplorable & unacceptable! I wish you could give negative stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lied to by multiple employees and left with a broken phone after they had it for 8 hours and saying they only needed 3 to fix it.
