Tried to call and get info on if they had a part and could perform a needed repair for my cell phone. Got shunted to some call center. After not really listening to what I needed fixed, I was told I would need to talk to the individual store (go figure). They attempted to transfer me and I ended up back with the call center again... needless to say, I did not continue. Get someone to answer the phone locally or provide the call center with the information needed to answer customer questions.
