So, I went to get my PS5 HDMI port repaired and I turned it in and stuff. But when they called me after 2 weeks… they wasted my time on those 2 weeks just for the PS5 not to be repaired. But customer service was good. Recommend not to go there for PlayStation repairs.
Sadly very disappointed with this place tried to call multiple times their system kept saying they couldn’t help us I just wanted to talk to someone. Went there because my Xbox is stuck on a error code, and he said he couldn’t do anything before even looking at it I understand there is rules but I was wanting to know if he seen anything like it before, and worth fixing plugged it in said nothing he could do. They did not answer the phone. I waited on hold for over 5 minutes. Go in person. They cannot repair Galaxy devices.
My complaint isn’t so much on the store itself or the employees. It is more of a geek squad online/phone customer service issue. The nearest geek squad is about 45 miles from where I live and so I figured I’d call geek squad for an online quote and after no luck and constant reassurance from them to just drive to your nearest store and make an appointment & I would have all my questions answered.
