Sadly very disappointed with this place tried to call multiple times their system kept saying they couldn’t help us I just wanted to talk to someone. Went there because my Xbox is stuck on a error code, and he said he couldn’t do anything before even looking at it I understand there is rules but I was wanting to know if he seen anything like it before, and worth fixing plugged it in said nothing he could do. They did not answer the phone. I waited on hold for over 5 minutes. Go in person. They cannot repair Galaxy devices.
My complaint isn’t so much on the store itself or the employees. It is more of a geek squad online/phone customer service issue. The nearest geek squad is about 45 miles from where I live and so I figured I’d call geek squad for an online quote and after no luck and constant reassurance from them to just drive to your nearest store and make an appointment & I would have all my questions answered. I spoke with a couple of employees, so each time I went into the store, I had a different experience. So it really depends on who you get! I made an appt through the website for a phone repair. (To be honest, I mentally and financially prepared myself to spend however much it took) . However, the first gentleman at the register spent a couple minutes looking through my phone and said that I still was eligible to sign up for something called apple care.
