I brought in my iPhone for a replacement battery. The battery they put in did not work, they told me to bring it to apple myself. I was refunded but they wasted my whole day and somehow made the situation worse. Grossly incompetent.
Because you’re still a part of Best Buy and I’m receiving trash customer service even tho the geeks come through but ONE BAND ONE SOUND FOH DONT come to this location!!!!!!!!!!! hopefully it gets shut down and turns into a new establishment that will GLADLY service hard working paying customers THE PROPER WAY!!!!!!
