I was having problems with my cell phone. (Problem was me) I took it in to the Greek Squad in Wichita Falls. The young man Jacob welcomed us and answered a few questions about Geek Squad. I then informed him of the issues I was having with my phone. He ask me a couple questions and in less in 10 minutes he had my phone working so much faster plus he reset a couple of apps and had my phone repaired, it was workinglike new! Went to get help from the Wichita Falls Geek Squad with my elderly father. He had bought a new laptop and needed assistance setting up a new email and security on his computer. We were both extremely happy with the assistance we received from a technician named Jacob. Jacob gave such excellent customer service, with his patience, and knowledge, and kind professionalism. Very disappointed. Customer service wouldn’t help my wife who traveled 50 miles to get her phone fixed because she was earlier than her appt time. They had technicians available but wouldn’t help due only to her showing up earlier than appt time. Being from out of town not knowing where to even spend 2 hours to wait.
