These guys suck no help what so ever and very expensive
I went to the Geek Squad to help transfer my information from one computer to another. Immediately the worker had a rude tone and sent me to another worker. When I asked if she could help she asked the other worker and they said no. I asked if they could at least tell me how to and they said they didn’t know. Not helpful or inviting.

I rarely write negative reviews because, honestly, I don't know if it makes any difference to the business. So, this is for the other customers out there, hopefully our experience will help someone else. My husband is a Baby Boomer. I'm Gen X. So, we're not great with technology to put it mildly. We were having WiFi issues and a whole host of other things, so bought a Geek Squad package for someone to come help us get everything connected, etc. In January, we had 2 technicians arrive.
