I came to Geek Squad to repair my computer and gave great service. Both Nathan and Cory were great, and helped me with any issue I had.
I don’t know the name of the guy that helped me today, but I came in today (new years day 2026 around 4pm) needing help locating a screw for an m.2 drive for my motherboard. The young guy I spoke to said to let him check if he had any and went to the back, took a few minutes, and came back with the screw in a bag saying to check it out and see if it worked but he wasn’t sure. This store kept robbing me for finance charges we finally came to an agreement that if I paid half they would write the other half off and they were supposed to close my account. I guess at the same time the geek squad put another charge on a closed account. I have had to deal with their collection agency every since then. Just recently one of their people told me what to do and that didn't work.
