After approximately 10 years of positive experiences including as recently as December 2025 with this location, my most recent visit to Geek Squad in El Centro was extremely disappointing. I brought in my MacBook Pro for serious intermittent freezing and performance issues that began after a macOS upgrade previously performed at this location. The manager not sure her name went above and beyond, to help me when I just didn't want to have to mess with all of it. She spent two hours and was a super hardworking and was able to multi task and direct other employees to thier jobs aswell and even help multiple customers. I wasn't feeling the greatest and she was able to get it going and make my life easy

I came into the store with nothing but hope and a prayer that someone would be able to help me with my father’s phone. I had an idea of what I needed to do but still needed some guidance. Julian was able to assist me and truly saved the day!
