I came into the store with nothing but hope and a prayer that someone would be able to help me with my father’s phone. I had an idea of what I needed to do but still needed some guidance. Julian was able to assist me and truly saved the day!
I waited a long time in line because the workers were chit chatting with their coworkers and the customers about stuff that dosent relate to the product. I get a short convo, but I watched this guy talk to a customer about I don’t even know for like 30 minutes. They DO NOT pay attention to their customers and try to help out, they’re all very lazy you can tell. Service itself was fine and took a few days. Just bad customer service.
