My speaker suddenly stopped working. I went to Best Buy/Geek Squad without an appointment. Mike took me right away. Total repair time took less than a half hour.
Came out here for a free appointment to see what was wrong with my pc. They wouldn't even look at it after I was told they would. Said they would charge me 100 to diagnostic it. Won't be going out there again would not recommend.
Work service department I have ever dealt with. Dropped my computer of with a 2 to 3 day estimate on repairs. After calling e times within the week of it being there, I spoke with agents that were not only not in the store, probably in another country. They said it was ready for repair. It was not ready for repair when I arrived at the store it was not even a work order for it there. I was then told it would be another 2 to e days.
