Mario Gonzales was spectacular at identifying the problem with my PC and fixing it. Everyone in this geek squad was attentive and concerned about my problem. 10/10 USE THIS GEEK SQUAD OVER THE FLOWOOD LOCATION. A young lady replaced my power cord that the flowood location never returned to me at pick up! THIS STORE IS AWESOME.

I had a problem with my computer that honestly could have been answered easily by a technician in 30 seconds. He wouldn’t even look at the computer with out $100 dollars up front. I walked out, YouTube’d it, and fixed it in 15 minutes. I would have paid $20 for him to at least look and/or more if would taken longer to fix, but you are just trying to rip people off charging $100 just to run a diagnostic
