Bought extended warranty for my refrigerator. Ice maker quit working. Best buy subcontract there work to sears. gave sears the wrong address. I called over 10 times. I messaged them on Facebook multiple times to correct the issue. Best buy neglected to take responsibility, didn't fix the problem. Charged me 325$ for a warranty they never honored. No answer no way to contact the locally. Called Computer Room, got in same day, next day had problem diagnosis and options. Geek Squad needs to up their game!
