Tried to call them on the phone to ask about a repair and was sent to a call center multiple times. Even after requesting constantly to talk to the store directly. Don’t know why I bother consider giving any business to a company that has such low regards to their customers
Took my computer in to get it fixed so it would run better and now it doesn’t run games at all. They had it for 2 weeks and only made it worse. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
I called to make appointment to fix back glass on iPhone 13 and was told phone can be fixed day of in 4 hrs. I show up and am told they can’t fix it that day and have to order parts and would take 3 days. Do not go here for repairs they don’t even carry any parts for the phones!! Waste of time go to apple!
Lied to me almost made me drive 80miles roundtrip
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
