A Tale of Two Experiences – Thank You Best Buy! I recently had a disappointing experience with Micro Center. After being told my computer repair would only take two days post-diagnosis, it ended up sitting there for three weeks with no real updates. I just spent 2 hours on the phone with a call center trying to find the status of my computer repair. They have no idea the status or what they are doing. You can't reach the store just a useless call center. For a Tech company they really suck at tracking and technology. SO much for purchasing the service plan. So frustrating. Next time i will go to Costco, they have better customer service.

Dropped off.my computer to get it fixed. Didn't diagnose the issue, food mr to get a new computer. Upon asking what the issue was that required a new computer, they said the hard drive MAY be messed up. Asked them if they could replace it, they say absolutely. Can't call in to get information about my ticket. Didn't fix my computer, didn't diagnose it, made it a nightmare to get anything done, and just tried to force a new computer on me. Embarrassing service, avoid like the plague
