Being someone who is extremely knowledgeable on electronics repairs myself, I knew that coming here was going to be a problem, but they’re the only Apple “certified“ repair shop in the area, so what can you do except drive to Orlando if you want OEM parts? Drive to Orlando, that’s what you do. These people are clueless as to what they’re doing. Horrible customer service. Twice now I’ve wasted gas to come out here from citrus county for a repair and it’s been a complete waste of time. I’m not sure how a business is run this way but it’s actually disappointing. I’d give a negative review just based off the idiot that looked high and clearly shouldn’t work in customer service. He felt it was appropriate to just stare at me when I asked questions and said “well what do you want me to do” -10/10
This place is a joke I placed an order on black Friday for a TV and and it's been more then 2 weeks every time I check it says that the they need to reschedule the appointment and I already did twice. I call tu support and they leave me waiting. Worst experience ever just for tv
