They didn't say you have to check-in first. They did not say you're better off with an appointment. He's told us we could wait 2 hours if we wanted to, and they were very unpleasant. I'm never going back there again. They deserve 0 stars.No signs for this iformation.They are terrible.

Would give zero stars if I could. I had no problems but while waiting the amount of people who were spoken to so rudely and like they were incapable was shocking. People just need help with their devices and the employees should be here to be understanding and helpful, not evil and making people sound stupid.
Being someone who is extremely knowledgeable on electronics repairs myself, I knew that coming here was going to be a problem, but they’re the only Apple “certified“ repair shop in the area, so what can you do except drive to Orlando if you want OEM parts? Drive to Orlando, that’s what you do. These people are clueless as to what they’re doing. They’ll make you an appointment for a repair knowing darn good and well they don’t have the battery in stock, then you have to stand around in line for 40 minutes past your appointmen... read more
