I took my iPhone into repair there and long story short they replaced my phone. They completely lost old information and pictures on phone and completely unwilling to help and definitely never informed me of any of this!!!

Brought my computer to Best Buy who sent it off to Geek Squad because there was a rattle and my casing was separating from the keyboard. They never contacted me about a diagnostic despite being told that they would. My other problem was that it seems that they never opened the computer to remove the components that were causing the rattling noise. I ended up having a family member taking it apart to remove them.
