If I could I would give them "0". I had a service with them yesterday (April 22, 2025) after waiting for many weeks. Despite the allocated window time they called me and changed the window time. I had to request to stick to the plan and they told me they would call me 1 hr in advance. They called 20min in advance and said we would be there in 20 minutes! Amazing services with the BestBuy membership, they upgraded my Acer Nitro 5's SSD and RAM (you'd have to provide the SSDs, RAM, etc.). They upgraded the RAM on the spot while I was there, but the SSD upgrade was a drop off, and they handled it while it was dropped off there, and it took a few days to complete.
Michael has come to my house and helped me several times. He is totally professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I really trust him and am grateful for his help. Colin (?) accompanied him on the most recent visit, and was equally friendly and helpful, even taking the time to befriend my skittish rescue dog. 👍👍👍
Terrible. Dropped off my computer multiple times and they give it back with the same problem every time.
