Brought my computer to Best Buy who sent it off to Geek Squad because there was a rattle and my casing was separating from the keyboard. Do not come here. I came in only for a battery replacement because my iPhone 16 battery died. Without running diagnostics, Geek Squad immediately claimed the battery and motherboard were bad and said I would lose all my data if it was repaired. I explained that my phone had irreplaceable information—passwords, important messages, and audio messages from my grandfather who has passed away—but they showed no concern and insisted it wouldn’t work without a motherboard replacement.
