Amazing services with the BestBuy membership, they upgraded my Acer Nitro 5's SSD and RAM (you'd have to provide the SSDs, RAM, etc.). They upgraded the RAM on the spot while I was there, but the SSD upgrade was a drop off, and they handled it while it was dropped off there, and it took a few days to complete.
Michael has come to my house and helped me several times. He is totally professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I really trust him and am grateful for his help. Colin (?) accompanied him on the most recent visit, and was equally friendly and helpful, even taking the time to befriend my skittish rescue dog. 👍👍👍
Terrible. Dropped off my computer multiple times and they give it back with the same problem every time.
Normally my experience with the geek squad in Fredericksburg has been very positive but today they have shown their customer service sucks their communication skills need a lot work and overall think they are above those of us that come to them for help. I purchased a new all in one and requested the data from the old be transferred to the new one if it could be done. Time frame given olny a few hours we will have it back to you today.
