Couldn't get an answer as to whether geek squad is able to do the repair that I needed on the phone talking with a live geek squad person! Then I tried the online chat which was even more ridiculous. I am not sure of the purpose of the online chats as they cannot understand questions.
Scheduled a service with Geek Squad because my computer display doesn’t work. The attendant turned it on (obviously didn’t work), asked me if I had bought the computer at Best Buy and if I had a membership. I did not. He then after maybe 2 minutes, if that, said that it can’t be serviced with them because I didn’t buy the computer at the store. Back up Camera failed after 9 years, went in to discuss options! Mike in garage explained options, remove old wiring under dash board that was always falling out, and installed a new camera! He was the best! If u need audio or back up cameras, be sure to ask for Mike, he was the best!
I brought my crashing gaming PC to the techs at GeekSquad and they helped diagnose a failing motherboard. Once the new motherboard came in, they installed it for me. Everything's working great now! Thanks to all the techs and especially Johnny R.
