My mom had trouble with her phone. She had trouble with getting an appointment, mistakes were made over the phone. But Naramsin got it done in 10 minutes. He was kind and explained things to my 96 yr old mom that depends on her phone for contacting her grandkids and playing word games. Thank you

I agree with the majority of the posts here. Geek Squad should not be operating. Particularly the employee at the Harlem/Irving in Norridge, IL. He went out his way to give me no information and get me out of the store as soon as possible. Mind you, there were no customers around. Furthermore, he threw out random wide ranging quotes on costs. Best Buy should do a better job on hiring employees. I know it’s tough out there, but geez. My visit was the same day I left this post 👎

Want to thank Geek Squad for finding the issue with my laptop which I could not do because I didn't have the means to open the laptop case. Kudos to Nate or Nathan. Resoved my problem within 10 Minutes. Was going out of town and needed the laptop.

They are a bunch of un-professional people that works there. I would NEVER recommend them. They don’t care about their customer, If I could give ZERO STAR…I WOULD‼️

I had an appointment with Justin, a Geek Squad associate at Best Buy, Thursday 11/14/24 at 2:40 pm. I was unable to use a previously purchased Fitbit. Justin spent a great deal of time with me and was courteous, patient and explained the problem thoroughly. The Fitbit could not be connected to my phone. He also explained how I could use my new Apple Watch to record steps, and walked me through the process.I actually did not need the Fitbit.
