Absolutely worthless. I have their membership but I have no idea why. I won’t be renewing it for sure. They refuse to fix anything always a new excuse. They will only work on it if it has a warranty. No need to pay for a membership for that. Do not buy!

I'm a Best Buy rewards member and they make it almost impossible to get to any department on the phone. So very disappointed in their non existent support.
