I'm a Best Buy rewards member and they make it almost impossible to get to any department on the phone. So very disappointed in their non existent support.
When I visited the desk of the geek squad due to emails that were sent and to be considered a spam. I also asked if they could assist me in downloading specific items which came with my computer. They said yes I asked if I needed an appointment. The gentleman I spoke with told me, no, I did not need to get an appointment. Had a terribly unprofessional visit with the Geek Squad at Oak Park location. From the start of the visit, the worker discredited my report of what was going on with my apple watch. Throughout the visit, the worker talked down to me the entire time even though he could not complete a simple diagnostic test on the watch. Durning my twenty minute visit, that did not result in any solutions, the two workers cursed to each other, imitated Indian accents, and made a racial joke.
