they were very nice, they couldnt get my device going but they spent all day trying and charged nothing at the end. would recommend.
Went out to Sackville with my Galaxy S23 Ultra and got some great help from Arshdeep and Quinn, which was followed up with a check in from Josh. The team over there were very helpful in trying to get my phone to work, but alas a software issue with Samsung apparently.... I have to say that my TELUS warranty through a third party was definitely not worth it, but that's another story. This location has some great staff and you will not be disappointed with their customer service! 🙂
Had a broken screen. Showed up but parts were not available. Josh handled my challenge well. Helped me with data transfer to get what I needed. Awesome service. Josh is a great guy to work with.
