First time using a recovery centre. I feel amazing dealing with an injury and already feel improvements. Great run facility .
I’ve started going to gear recovery at Berkeley Vale absolutely love it the husband-and-wife team that run it are just so nice and really caring . I started doing the red sauna and ice bath and I’m now doing the boots and what a difference it is made to me. I’m 57 years old and I feel on top of the world doing this once a week hundred percent recommend this place and hundred percent recommend doing this for your health and fitness recovery. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Awesome people and good service
I’ve had 10 sessions at Gee recovery in their infared sauna. I’ve just booked another 5! I’ve seen improvement in my respiratory condition and I’m really enjoying the quiet relaxation. The staff are so friendly and it’s a great atmosphere there.
