My experience with Geddes Federal has been excellent and I would recommend them to anyone! Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I got a great rate on a CD from them.
Incredibly irresponsible bank tellers. Imagine asking for taxes to be taken out, being told they've been taken out, and then finding out when you're doing taxes that they haven't been. The only explanation is they've been very busy. Can't be trusted to do what they said they've done.
Great customer service
Our current mortgage is through Geddes (we used a broker, did not go through Geddes directly). We took a home equity loan out last spring and decided to use Geddes since they were holding our primary mortgage. This was the worst financing experience we have ever had. There was no followup by bank personnel to keep the loan process moving forward, I am assuming there is no commission because the finance representative couldn't have put less effort in to help us.
