Worst company I ever gorn thru they keep saying I'm in arrears when I havent missed any payments get a new letter every other week saying there gona take my car .10/10 would not recommend them literally go thru anyone else for service if u can
Ive dealt with other car finance companys before and this was by far the worst.!!! If you want a company that cares and actually listens please stay clear of Gedda Money (Gedda Duo).

I couldn’t advise anyone more to NOT use this company. They’re so careless, rude, inconsiderate and have outright disrespectful customer service. I called up for a payout letter because they have done my interest of 23.5% on a small car loan i’m now paying more than double the amount that i borrowed. All i have received is sighing, groaning and almost laughter at my questions like how is the figure (for example) if i paid it upfront tomorrow the exact same as if i’m continuing to pay it weekly until the contract has ended ? ... read more
