What happened to drive thru close at airway?
GECU sucks as a bank, especially with the customer service department. However, there are much worse banks, like 1st Convenience. That's why I give them two stars and not one.
It not for Zulica who works in the loan department, I would had ditched GECU and got my loan from another bank! The process to simply add my spouse to my checking account and the constant back and forth with representatives was a nightmare that lasted 4 days! However, I was lucky enough to get Zulica on the phone and she understood my issues and literally stayed with me until the loan was finalized. She took action by sending emails and calling me back etc etc etc! Thank you Zulica and I hope your get recognized and promoted... read more
