The worst customer service ever, no one ever communicates
worst bank ever. Been waiting for a debit card for over a month. I keep calling and they keep transferring me to different departments and nobody can give me any answers. One person tells me to go to a branch, branch tells me to call customer service. Worthless and the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a bank.
If I could give it a 0 I would. Transferred me 3 times back and forth and still didn’t get anywhere!
I've called 3 different numbers& all I get is recordings!! Since 9am today!! Very frustrating!!!!!!
Phone service is awful, they will never answer the phone. Finally got someone from their website online chat but that took forever too
