Wait time & location the worst
Do not use the mobile banking. There were probably around 25 people on line. Tellers were more interacting with clients about personal life than working on banking business. Was encouraged by one staffmember to use the mobile app as I was going to only deposit my payroll check that I deposit every 2 weeks, same amount every time. Virtual tellers take a veeeeery long time to help you, plus their system takes a long time to connect you to a real person, I really suggest that in person tellers come back in all of the bank locations, have been here for about an hour to get to the teller and took more than 5 minutes to get a teller to work
My partner and I,, had some serious problems with with his Bank account and when we came in to get the problem fixed,, this beautiful short haired young lady named Monica attended us and was totally professional and hard working will no stop till your completely satisfied and the problem gets fixed,, was very polite and respectful and her Spanish was very good we all need more hard workers like her,, she also stayed cool calm and colective despite the stress and pressure that was going on,, very good and hard working girl w... read more
