I’ve been waiting for teller to come on for 30 minutes. While they have 4 people just standing in the front. This is ridiculous.
It's insane seeing so many employees standing around behind the counter doing nothing while they say in order to open up a new acct it will take over an hr wait. Why have so many employees in the building if you still have to wait for a virtual representative??? Makes no sense.
