Terrible wait time at teller machine. 2 employees standing at front idling and I've been waiting over 20 min to get service because they don't take cash payments at the front! Ridiculous!!! I hope the new president makes some changes. What used to be something you could do within your lunch hour, now takes up your whole time. This is reason people are changing banks. I'm hearing a teller next to me going on and in about the weather as I wait here now for almost half hour!!!! Hurry up and take care of customers!

why does GECU even have human employees in house, when all they do is refer you to the automative teller service. i have issue with that service, i have isdue waiting for more than 20 minutes so that a teller can answer. Its so impersonal and make you wait forever just for a simple transaction that cant be done in the drive thru. I really hate GECU more and more. Its time to move on.
