Told the wait was 30 minutes. Been here for over an hour, no one else is here waiting and the front desk is just standing around.
Slow. So painfully slow. How did GECU figure out how to make this digital-teller experience so offensively inefficient is beyond me.
Love it good all around
My experience hasn't been favorable . Besides the cold natured front response people, they are are followed uP by the peobots that one talks to for ones transactions. Its a very cold natured experience in all. And then we have your "From the Owner" cliched reterique that is high and mighty instead of common language that most every one that utilizes your bank can more readily understand what it is you are attempting to convey.
