Today we had the worst experience ever, A member from the staff Rudely talk to my parents, They didnt accept the deposit, They were discriminated because of how they were dressed, Thankfully The bank on rojas solve our problem accept our big cash deposit in our business account, Never coming back. Hope they fixed this situations with their staff. Worst Gecu ever In El paso. 0 Stars.
Sucks, either they’re closed or have 2 out of 5 tellers working
Told the wait was 30 minutes. Been here for over an hour, no one else is here waiting and the front desk is just standing around.
