I hardly enter a branch but this week I stepped in to get assistance with my debit card, the representative was super friendly and attentive! I’ve been a member for over 30 years!
Should just shut off phone service and save money. It’s impossible to get someone on the phone.
They won't provide change when asked unless you have an account. Asked for an account and they said it would take an hour to get an account.
The staff here is very helpful every time I visit the branch. Thank you to everyone up front for the amazing customer service. I’m glad I bank with GECU . I HIGHLY recommend you to make the switch if you haven’t already
