Digital tellers- line takes 30-50 minutes every time and then you get to the atm /digital teller and the screen says “all tellers are busy at the current time” and you have to wait another 10 + minutes for anyone to come to the screen. Every single time. Doesn’t matter time of day, I got here at 340 pm- got to the digital teller at 425 and it’s now 4:35 and still no one is on screen. Still busy….. the tellers are friendly but it is frustrating
Increíblemente burócrata la persona que atiende en mostrador, no es posible que no lo pueda atender a uno estando abierto el banco. Hoy estuve en el banco a las 9:06 am y la señorita me dice que solo me atiende después de las 9:30am, me preguntó, no le interesa los tiempos de los clientes o nadamas atiende cuando tiene ganas?
Can’t say anything about credit but the staff was super helpful and I got a debit card in less than 1 hour!
This credit union has gone downhill in the past 2 years. I’m glad I went to a bank. They won’t charge you random overdraft fees like this bank does.
