My dad is handicapped and we've been waiting for over 1hour, and 45 minutes to wait to be seen. Their excuse is that it's a Friday. This is totally unacceptable. We're still waiting, going on 2 hours. They should have some kind of appointment system. We wanted to go to the main branch, but they said it would be a longer wait time. We're very disappointed, we're long standing customers.
Been with GECU for many years. We started the application process for a home loan. Went through all the steps and submitted the necessary paperwork. We even got assigned a mortgage loan officer by the name of L. Graham. Unfortunately, we just never heard back from the officer or anyone from GECU. No phone call, email, nothing.
