WORST employees ever, no one ofered me help and the Manager is absolutely useless Go to any other location but don't ever stop at this one
This July 4th was the worst. Ever my account didn't. Alocate my money into my account because they were closed causing all my debt account to overcharge me. I'll be closing this account asap
They get frustrated with you very easily. Don’t explain themselves. Ask for further assistance and instead of trying to get someone who can explain better or further assistance they straight up just say you’re going to get the same answer. Non friendly. No other GECU is like this.. unfortunately this is the one I decided to come into today. Just an update… same day I was taken care of by one of the assistant managers/Manager. She was polite.
