This July 4th was the worst. Ever my account didn't. Alocate my money into my account because they were closed causing all my debt account to overcharge me. I'll be closing this account asap
They get frustrated with you very easily. Don’t explain themselves. Ask for further assistance and instead of trying to get someone who can explain better or further assistance they straight up just say you’re going to get the same answer. Non friendly.
